5. Newsletter

The following consent has been expressly granted to Hooray Studios and Hooray Studios have logged these. Hooray Studios is required to have the content of their consent available for retrieval at any time. The deregistration of the newsletter can be done at any time either by a message to the contact option described below or via a dedicated link in the newsletter.

To improve our products and services we may ask our customers to leave a review about the services and products they have purchased, downloaded or otherwise aquired. The Google Analytics tracking code implemented on this site has been enhanced with Remarketing for Google Display Advertising, a service that analyses user behaviour across the Google Display Network. 13. Conversion Measurement with the Facebook Pixel
With your consent, we use the "visitor action pixel" of Facebook Inc. 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") on our website. In this way, users' behaviours can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. 15. Integration of Third Party Content
This website includes content from the YouTube service. These features are offered through YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA. The videos were included and embedded in the extended data protection mode. Like most websites, however, YouTube also uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses it to capture video statistics, prevent fraud, and improve usability. This also leads to a connection with the Google Double Click network. Starting the video could trigger more data processing. We have no influence on that. 17. Yotpo
Yotpo is a marketing platform for retailers that collects and analyses user-created content like social media posts and reviews.
Hooray Studios instructs Yotpo and authorises Yotpo to instruct each of its subprocessors to process the personal data submitted on behalf of Hooray Studios and in particular, transfer this personal data to approved countries in accordance with Hooray Studios’ agreement with Yotpo with regard to the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws, as is reasonably necessary for the provision of the services and consistent with their data processing agreement. Hooray Studios warrants and represents that it is and will at all relevant times remain duly and effectively authorised to give instruction to Yotpo.
Yotpo complies with all applicable data protection laws in its processing of personal data submitted on behalf of Hooray Studios. Yotpo will not process personal data other than on the relevant written instructions of Hooray Studios unless processing is required by applicable laws to which Yotpo or one of its subprocessors is subject, in which case Yotpo shall to the extent permitted by applicable laws inform Hooray Studios of that legal requirement before the relevant processing of that personal data.
